If requiring Touch of Malice makes me elitist then I'll fly my elitist flag proudly. It's proof that you cleared normal, were willing to work for your reward, and it is RIDICULOUSLY powerful on Daughters and Oryx especially. If you're too lazy to go out and work for a reward that helps you and your raid team, hell -blam!-ing no I don't want you, why would I? I like to clear things, not carry someone who can't do anything themselves.
