Put tracking hammer, regen health, and more hammers on the same perk column. Ez ggwp. Problem solved. U can either get a max of 7 hammers with no tracking or regen health on kill, 3-4 hammers with tracking, or 3-4 hammers with regen health. Problem solved.
This is coming from a PvP titan main from day 1. Yes, Sunbreaker is a little broken. No, it is not as broken as people make it out to be (the trick is if you shoot a Sunbreaker, even if they get a kill, the health regen stops as soon as a bullet hits. Hard part is having teammates who can pull their balls together and shoot it instead of running TF away).
Side note as well (personal opinion) on things that need to be toned down, storm grenade and sticky assist. It's really dumb when I can stick a person when I throw a sticky 3 feet to the side of them. It's also dumb to give an AoE grenade that can get anyone it hits to oneshot or OHK them that pulses and has quite the bit of radius.
Also buff blade dancer and titan bubble if HoS doesn't receive anything. Takes 2 hammers to take bubble down leaving around 5 to kill whatever is inside and kill more. Bubble needs more health before it vanishes for crucible. Also, the new supers basically make BladeDancer obsolete unless used in the right scenario. Blade dancer needs more health against other supers (25-35% increase on health AGAINST supers). Against guns etc is still fine. Thank you for your time. Productive comments welcome.

The Upgrade idea is very good, abut even with an answer or with just pure fact that it's fair. The community won't stop complaining about it :/

1 ReplyArrr Ya ready, scrubs? Aye, Aye, Bungie!!! I can't heeeeeeaaar yoooouuuu!!! AYE, AYE, BUNGIE!!! Oooooohhhhhh.... Who lives in the raid area under the reef? Sponge-Boss Nerf-Pants! Annoying and glitchy and laggy is he? Sponge-Boss Nerf-Pants! If useless materials are something you wish... Sponge-Boss Nerf-Pants! Then join mid-raid, and whine like a b*tch! Sponge-Boss Nerf-Pants! Sponge-Boss Nerf-Pants, Sponge-Boss Nerf-Pants, SpongeBooosssssss NerfPaaaaaaaaants! .........And this, ladies and gentlemen, is what biologists call a "scrub". They are most commonly known for their ability to cry loudly. They are often found on the forums, trolling to get their favorite food, simply known as "attention". They thoroughly enjoy crying for nerfs, and then crying about the consequences of the nerf after the fact. This one seems unusually stupid, however. Unusually stupid scrubs commonly attack anything that disagrees with them verbally, but physically left alone. Regardless, please keep your hands, feet, arms and legs inside the tour bus at all time. Continuing onward, I believe I see the common "hater" just a short distance ahead...... ............................................................................ 11 RepliesWhat if I like being an unstoppable killing machine in PvE? What if I don't want your PvP nerf anywhere near my PvE?

That and a tone down to the health/damage resistance would make them pretty balanced

4 RepliesEdited by spooky: 10/19/2015 2:11:19 PMHonestly all they need to do is reduce the damage reduction. They take about 55-60% less damage. That's crazy! Just reduce the reduction to about 25-30%. Also reduce the AT by about a second. The super lasts a little to long for how powerful it is. Hammer of Sol should not last longer than Arc Blade. Especially considering how "glitchy" Arc Blade is and how you have to get close to kill your target. With Hammer of Sol you can just rain terror upon your enemies from afar.

4 RepliesRemove regen health completely ffs it's a ranged super, no need for it

This is the most elegant solution I've seen to the HoS controversy. Props!
