I'm in the same boat. Aside from the abysmal matchmaking (which it says its doing after every freaking game) and has had me on losing streaks upwards of 9 games back to back, I have seen a grand total of 4 Iron Banner gear as rewards in the end screen. I was lucky in that after almost hitting rank 5 I finally got my Titan mark... and of course it was actually lower in level then all the rest of my gear. My incentive to play IB was dead after going from rank 2 to 4 and not seeing a single thing aside from junker blues that, your right, were not even above 280. Iron Banner is just sad...
