Borderlands 1 & 2 allow reloading on the run.
Played another one not so long ago... can't recall though.
I don't really understand, same with Halo, we are super soldiers, we are supposed to be able to do things that a normal human can't. So I can materialise a hammer made of stars, and somehow hold it, and I can reload each shell in my shotgun whilst spinning and falling, but I cant do it whilst I jump... gimme a break?! Lol.

Well either they limit it more so we can't in the silly animations you describe or we can do in everything. Personally I want it limited so there is risk to your decisions. But most kids want everything to be an advantage. I don't. Decision making should be rewarded.
