No they are not broke..
I can turn easily the same rate either left or right in this game, never had a problem with it at all.
the running is a timeout function not a broken game mechanic it is to prevent players from just stop and start sprinting all the time to make you think more about each action before doing them.
the reloading was not ever going to be allowed when running, pretty much no fps game allows this or ever has and most likely never will.

borderlands is not a normal fps game... and no many others do not. no the delayed sprinting is not a glitch, no where has bungie ever said so. Just because you do not like it does it make it a glitch ever.

However, it's likely because Borderlands was never designed for competitive PvP. Although honestly, neither was Destiny. Destiny's main focus and balance have always been PvE.

Borderalnds is not one the best fps games out there by any means. And no destiny is not just about pve.. and never was or ever will be. so no the pve is not the main balance of the game.

Destiny was not ever meant to be balanced in PVP like other games those that thought it was or should be are those taht are fooling themselves. the fact ti has supers means it was fundamentally meant to be unbalanced. There are no customs for it is an online only game, there is no private matches. PVE is not the main focus it is just one half of the game. PVE is just to get the gear for PvP... for IB and then ToO...

I dont have to the players do it for me. If they were not afraid of pvp they would play it for it is not hard.. the reason they stay out is because they would suck and thus do not like loosing...
