Don't have any turning issues. Maybe it's your controller? Think reloading is fine. Agree with the new slow motion running bug. The other bits, though annoying, are just cool downs aren't they? Seems an inconsistent cool down but I don't really mind that you can't infinite sprint in fire fights.
