I hate this so much more then anything. My team calls it misfires and think bungie does it on purpose because they are trolls. Same thing would happen to The Last Word, would just stop firing in the middle of unloading the clip.

The Last Word one I've had personal experience with. Get it down to about 4 or 2 bullets left and it just stops... The sniper one, I've never had happen, but that doesn't mean it's not a thing.
