But the thing that I don't get is a shit ton of you tubers are releasing the exploits/cheats to the public but Bungie turns there head when they do it they deserve a ban because they show everybody. But no they would lose money that way

Think about it like this, though. I believe the source of all exploits, even possible future exploits come from the company works of Bungie themselves. Think about. They're the one's that made the game, so they should know the glitches about it. If I worked for Bungie and help make the game, I would obviously know some glitches and take advantage of it and not tell anyone (expect using exploits in PVP, that's just cheap.) NEVERTHELESS, THERE'S ONE PROBLEM. These exploits would get leaked, people would find out, then share it on the media.
