In all honest here, it really wasnt near as difficult as I thought it would be (right now, you're probably looking at my stats and seeing im a 309, was 307 beforehand, and telling me to hush my opinion.) Its just all a lot of communication between you and your Fireteam. It is Matchmade, which really does suck sometimes because lets face it. People are just not nice.. If I were you, id pick up a couple of friends or 2 from LFG. Makes it a hell of a lot easier if you have people that know how to just talk. My team and I had to keep two alive since there were two swords we were going for, Solar and Void. Just keep tabs on Darkblade, then your Knight('s). Try to keep Thrall to a minimum if at all possible as well. Really makes it easy if you arent getting harassed every time you go to take a shot.. I wish you the best of luck though Gaurdian. I hope you find that your exotic Sword was as well worth as I found mine.

Do it with a friend or two or make sure the matchmaking puts you with the same swords so no one kills your knight. Honestly it's not difficult I was 292 when I did it for my swords

It's doable but here's a little hint, the strike is matchmade but you are better off finding 2 people from the forums who need to get the same sword element as the one you are going for. That way you can kill the other 2 wardens straight away and you only have to worry about 1 Warden and The Darkblade, makes things a little easier on yourself.

I was able to do it the first time within the 290s a couple of weeks ago. Tried it again this week and couldn't find a team. (Am still 297 tops with right gear). You can do it, but you'll have to be more careful.

I did it with 3 300s today and it wasn't too bad. Tried it last night with a 293 and it didn't go so well. I'd give the raid a shot first if I were you.
