Should i play heroic for strike exclusive loot?
Been grinding the saber for devouring maw. I know the psion flayer mantle dont drop on the level 20 strike. So im wondering aare my odds better to just do the heroic strikes? Thanks in advance for any input.

You can even do it straight from the director. Just playing it inside of the players to gives increased drop change of legendary item drops after one strike.

I've heard odds are the same, but I've definitely gotten more strike exclusive loot from heroic strikes. Heroic strikes: 4x Treads Upon Stars 2x Imago Loop 2x Mau'ual's Maulers 1x Devouring Maw 1x Void Flayer Mantle 1x Solar Flayer Mantle 1x Darkblade Helm 1x Darkblade Fusion rifle (forgot the name) Level 36 strikes: 1x Mau'ual's Maulers 1x Devouring Maw 1x Cloak of Taniks 1x Darkblade Helm 1x Darkblade Fusion rifle I've run roughly the same number of each strike. I haven't accounted for any streak bonuses.
