I have had the same experience. I got the IB Hunter Cloak and have not seen one other piece of IB gear drop for anyone else. BTW, I want to apologize to all of my team mates in the game in which I received my IB hunter cloak. I was last on my team and received the cloak and the rest of the team got beans. I 'm sure I ended up as a screen cap for someone ranting on twitter about it and I don't blame you one bit. To be fair, though, I didn't have a scrub game. I had 10 kills, 6 assists, 1.43 K/D and 4 caps. We had a strong team and spread the love. Everyone deserved a reward on that one. Anyway... Bungie RNG strikes again!
