It's lame but...that raid loot dropping at 300 for weeks when you're 305+ for just as long...fix that shit first!

This dude gets it, -blam!- PvP. Fix what matters, PvE and the raid loot. It's the hardest thing in the game, is it so hard to let us feel rewarded and wanna play again then get -blam!-ing Moldering Shards and nothing but it from a 2 hour raid...... Yeah -blam!- that........
