I got trolled by RNG pretty hard.
I get all the way up to rank 3 last night, didn't see a single drop for anyone in that time.
Upon reaching rank 3 I go to Lord Saladfingers and buy the cloak.
The very NEXT game I play I am awarded the cloak. Couldn't have been one match sooner and saved me Legendary Marks lol come on

The opposite happened to me. I wanted the wolf cloak. Right before I ranked up to rank 2 it dropped for me. I actually thought the cloak could be bought at rank 2, come to find out its a higher rank. If I had to rank up more than rank 2 I was out. I didnt want to play that crap anymore. So I got lucky on the last round I was going to play.
