Ace of Spades - Reinforced barrel or Perfect Balance?

I was using perfect balance at first in pvp but found I was having trouble landing consistent headahots switched over to reinforced barrel and noticed quite a difference. The stability isn't that bad and it still seems easier to hit head shots.
