Kill zealots on patrol (any planet), Chests on dreadnaught, sometimes drop while in court I oryx, eris morn. Just a few I use, I burned about 15-20 yesterday in the court and still have more.

I have seven and that is just from fighting the taken zealots. I haven't envelop started the taken king expansion yet

Quickest would be buying them from Eris... But you could just run patrol missions on the dreadnaught, that'd net you a decent amount as well
