Neither, I think it would be completely fair if they just took away the health regen after each kill. That way, the Titan can still get guaranteed kills but the other team can still kill it.

But like I said, if that wasn't a perk, it would be fine. Think. Shot package was a perk and what did they do with that? They certainly didn't say "too bad" did they?
