You do know Auryx and Oryx are the same person.
Im guessing that as time went on and they name became spelled as it sounds.
Or When Oryx because a Male after being corrupted he changed it.

Auryx is the adult/king morph name of Aurash. It means "long thought". Oryx is the name he chooses after meeting with the darkness. I'm guessing that though it's pronounced the same it has a different meaning. Perhaps "long night"?
