I was 100% sure I had the answer quite early on and that it was flawless So i sent it in only to read that you have to have your answer as the subject. Ugh

I can see 1 of 2 possible answers they would want from this puzzle. Problem is, I think the puzzle itself is rather vague on exactly which one is gonna be the acceptable one. Then again, I could be wrong completely, but when I solved it, I agonized over which of the two to send in. Hope I picked the right one, and also hoping that, perhaps when the answer and the rationale is finally revealed to us by Bungie, one becomes more clear as to why it is the correct one, if it is. I sent a PM, I think I got it, or at least close. If you do get it right how do you know if u won recon, cuz I got an Auto reply, and they said that was only gonna be one reply?

I got it, and if you are not 100% sure of your answer chances are it's wrong. Once you figure it out it's very obvious there are no other possibilities. Now awaiting to be told that I has recon or that I submitted too late. (also i figured it out before viewing discussion, makes me feel special). EDIT: first on page 14, and as a bonus I started this thing at about 12:10 Bungie time. I feel extra special. [Edited on 07.07.2009 12:32 PM PDT]

Explanation: If the said autoreply said something along the lines of "expect no further communication from this user", you should probably not expect any further communication from that user.

umm i just lost my katana and security, i know why, but the point is what if you get recon then it glitches?? if it does for other armours why not recon...

Don't forget guys! Even if you weren't one of the first five answers, you could still get Recon! They're will pick a few other answers in a random drawing and give those people Recon.

no i sent in 3 different answers, got autoreply on the first but not the second (Which is wrong) or the third (which i am 5/7 sure is right) i think it might just be that it can only send a certain amount of autoreplys or something maybe? cos its definitely nothing to do with if you got it right

And remember everyone, you don't have to be the first five to get it. The first five automatically get recon, but they will also randomly draw correct answers from there out to get even more winners. So if you know the answer, make sure you send it in.. [Edited on 07.07.2009 12:23 PM PDT]

If you delete the autoreply and send another message, you'll get a new one. That's just how it works. There's nothing special about it.
