I've noticed a trend, that Faction Armor only ever drops with the same stat rolls and maybe even perk rolls as what the vendors sell. For Example, I've gotten 3 FWC chest pieces that were all Int/Disc (not that I'm complaining) and several Marks that were the same exact roll as the vendor item, perks and all. Can anyone confirm this to be untrue? Have I just had an uncommon experience? I was actually looking forward to Int/Disc rolls on a FWC Helmet and NM Chest and Shoulders. But if it won't roll Int/Disc, its basically only Cosmetic at best.
