They actually already nerfed it. Now it only does 5 damage.

On a year 1 scale it does 20, however on a year two is still does 5! Hundreds of new guardians every single day are able to claim this savage of a beast and tear up the Cosmodrome. My good sir, I do not know what you are looking at but this cannot be allowed. This sort of weapon.. Just can't. Just can't be allowed to be given to every new Guardian that arises on the face of the Universe.
