They haven't made an intelligent decision in quite a while. How about fixing the raid drop system? People running full raids and getting nothing but shards. Get to the end where 20 shards gives you an extra drop and that drop is 2 shards. Yeah the raid drops are broke as hell as well. But we get more shards out of the first chest now. Idiots.
