You could have clarified that it was ALL black spindles and not just the 310 looted black spindles (as the wording here suggests). I'm the owner of a kiosk Black Spindle that was infused up to 310 and then taken back to 290. It's unfair that the bug, which I didn't create, and was poorly communicated hurts the players most.
