EDIT: I do take full responsibility for not understanding Deej post but I do think he could have been more clear. Again just a suggestion for the future.
This is the first time I have ever posted a
complaint about the game. But next time you mistakenly have a weapon drop 20 attack points higher than intended can you just please learn from your mistake and move on.
In your message you posted above you did not clarify that no matter what your spindle is at we will decrease it by 20 attack. Myself and friends bought spindles off the wall in the Hall of Guardians and infused them to 310 thinking we should be fine just to fine out we wasted our time.
The one thing that I don't understand is that how much time was wasted with this little error? How much time of your developers was wasted patching this? Or all the wasted time collecting guns to infuse my 300 BS purchased off the wall to 310 from the community. The developers time and effort could have been focused on more important things.
Bungie has always been great at learning from mistakes and this should be an example. Other than that loving year 2.

Edited by CartopSquid595: 10/14/2015 12:47:07 AMI agree with the comments below and ultimately it was my fault. It would have been nice if Deej would have just been more clear that's all.

agree on them needing to move on and not back date alter weapons but they were extremely clear about a black spindle reset. there's no way a developer could know which was and was not infused person by person. a blanket reset was obvious. most of us infused our 310 then bought a 300 and left it there waiting for this day

Its your fault not Bungies. Please learn from your mistakes and next time a game says they will be making a change to a specific gun realize that you should not do anything to that gun until the patch is applied to the game.

Great post

Maybe you shouldve read the whole post Ya know, the part that says "only the spindle will be affected"

still doesnt specify, why nerf it if its not 310? with the nerf an infused spindle is lower then buying it off the wall.... seems pretty stupid to me. i only use it for the raid so im not really effected by this,

I agree with you. Was just making a suggestion. Some more clarification would have been very nice. All is well my Spindle is back up to 310.
