Disapointed Lord saladin
So after all the hype for the new iron banner I was expecting some serious gear here to make the rage of servers kicking you off worth it. I mean I wasn't expecting exotics but more than a shitty side arm and a sub-par pulse rifle. I was actually hoping iron banner would have sword and maybe revamped armor shaders. Minimum I was expecting 300 light lvl gear. But I guess I should be used to disapointment at this point from this game. You give us 1 thing but take 5 or 6 more.

I never get anything from IB last time it was here i got to rank 5 in 2 1/2 days played until reset and got 1 felwinters lie...BULLSHITT

2 RepliesBoth the Sidearm and the Pulse Rifle are actually well rolled. You wouldn't know that with a grimoire such as yours. None of your characters are 300 light either, meaning you wanted free gear to be thrown at you for near minimal effort. Do the raid. Its extremely easy. Get your gear that way. Don't complain on the forums.

It is kind of lackluster, at least before you had a chance at good stuff ( what was considered good for the time) best drop I had was a 300 blue sniper that I rolled into my 1000 yrd stare. I'm not sure how good the pulse rifle is but it seems the only reason to stay and rank up.....that and the extra Marks. Fortunately I only had one game with people jumping across the screen other then that lag isn't bad, but then again wait till ToO and the weekend hits.

2 RepliesIm not surprised all the gear is at 280, its exactly the same as all the vendor gear level. Bungie want us to get the rewards as end game drops. What I dont understand is why they are only selling 1 armor piece when in year one it was always 2.

Hopscotch 2.0 is crap? Maybe you're a HC user but Hopscotch is the shit. I was expecting 280 light because it's always been on par with what you can buy. The drops sound like they are higher so just wait for rng to bless you.

Plus the power curve is all out of whack (sorry, a 250 light player shouldn't be able to 2-shot Hawkmoon me from fifty yards), and the "increased drop rate" is a -blam!-ing joke. Well over twenty games in, all I get to show for it is a -blam!-ing legendary chest engram? Thanks, guys. That's what I wanted. A chance to get a shitty, sub-par legendary. Not the IB gear I'm playing this shitfest for.

5 Repliesdoes anyone know if wearing emblem/shader/class item still gives a rep boost? If so, does it matter if y1 or y2 (apart from it being lower light for the class item) i have neer been a fan of the looks, and the new ones look even worse. so if they dont give a boost ill wont wear it. thanks for anyone who could confirm, the bungie website is still outdated and the weekly update only mentions the tempered buff.

1 ReplyGear only drops at rank 2+. 280 means nothing because of infusion. The Pulse looks good. Imo the only gear that should drop at 300+ is Raid and ToO.

I got a steady supply of rare gear averaging 260ish and im at 305. What is the point of playing this with these garbage rewards?
