Yah it's busted. Even according to their own description of shards, it's busted.
"Extra rewards [b][u]will[/u][/b] be granted when defeating Oryx in the King's Fall Raid with at least 20 of these."
Fortunately, I do enjoy just raiding with friends but man, they need to fix that.

Defo busted. Used 20 shards just when killed oryx only got 2 shards and the fusion rifle wtf is this about double drop!
