Once again 7:57am eastern time, Xbox One, still unable to play the Taken king, I will post everyday until this is fixed. I spent way to much money on this game to be unable to play it for almost a week. BUNGIE HURRY UP AND FIX THIS!

Please list any steps that you took last week to attempt to resolve the "purchase TTK" popup issue (such as reinstalling, restoring or moving license files on your harddrive, etc). It is important that we know all the troubleshooting steps you tried, as one of them may have caused your current issue.

I spoke with Microsoft and they see where I purchased it, they even had to try to refund so I could purchase it again and was still unable to get this resolved, just checking to see if you guys have a solution.

No I was not able to Reinstall, I have to wait until my wife comes home, cause the card I used to purchase TTK was hers and it's not on file on the Xbox one, however, I'm still puzzled as to why this happened in the first place

We're still investigating with our partners at Microsoft to determine why a small number of players appear to be in a situation where their Xbox Live accounts no longer hold the licenses from purchased content. We believe it may be related to troubleshooting steps that players took to work around last week's licensing issue.

Ok so now that my bank got froze, because of all the attempts to re-purchase the taken king yesterday, how am I going to get my taken king back? Today as been an official week since I've played, and my wife is fed up with the bank issue and is not putting up another card on Xbox live. So now what do I do to get it back?

There was no funds on that card so it asked me to use another card, and the card Microsoft put the refund back on was an old card that was no longer valid, so all the attempts made was on the card that I had no funds on, so the bank saw all the attempts and put a hold on it, so now I'm screwed

Unfortunately that is an issue that you would need to take up with Microsoft and your bank. If the card was cancelled, the refund most likely never went through, and Microsoft should be able to see that and apply the funds to your Xbox Live wallet, instead of the card used for purchase. You would need to discuss the issue with Microsoft and the bank that issued the credit card to be sure though.

Ok so I'm on the phone with Microsoft and they're telling me the 39.99 version I paid for is not available no longer, so not only have I been robbed of playing what I've already purchased, now I have to pay more to purchase it again? What is really going on?

That's very strange. Can you confirm for me which version you purchased? Was it the $40 Taken King upgrade (just The Taken King) or something else? On Xbox 360 the $40 upgrade is only available through in-game offers, however on Xbox One it can still be purchased through the Xbox Marketplace (note that you must own The Dark Below and House of Wolves to qualify for this upgrade, which you do).

First thing I did was reset my router, then went to manage games, all DLC was there and said installed, then I deleted the game itself, and reinstalled it, after the same issue, I deleted the Taken king and it keeps asking me to purchase again, the other two DLC did not

All of this was done on the Xbox one, I did not buy it for the 360
