It amazes me how many people have trouble with that part. If they fall again after I revive them the first time, I just don't pick them back up.

I think 296 is alright for only having bought TTK 3 weeks ago and not raiding. Light levels don't seemed to have helped some of the people I've seen fail that jump over and over.
