Best Way to Farm Black Wax Idol?
Hey guys,
I want to buy the court of oryx runes from Eris, but I need more black wax idol. Anyone have good spots to farm them?

Guaranteed best way op: do the mission sword of crota on the moon. Go to the part before you grab the sword. It's the entrance room before the actual room. There are three yellow bar hives there. Kill them all. Loot. If it drops it drops. Then jump off the map. Start again. Btw mission has to be on 240.

Isn't that the one the hive drop? Maybe the bottom of the building on earth patrol where the 3 hive spawn over and over if you run to the far wall.

Edited by il DOWN li: 10/12/2015 3:04:26 PMUsed to on the dark beyond. Then bungie screwed with the map levels and those 4 majors don't spawn any more. Seems like I get plenty screwing around in patrol on the dreadnought though. Court of oryx is handy too.
