Xbox has a larger competitive community especially starting around halo 3 and continuing to this day

Playstation probably have double the amount of noobs than xbox. But you need to understand that a lot of Halo players have moved to ps. Both systems have good and bad players. But it wouldn't matter to any decent players. Personally I never felt any difference when I played on XB1.
