Why don't Agonarch Runes Work?
I keep killing the Taken that it calls for but the progress on it never goes up? Is it a glitch or am I just not doing it right?

Bungie has disabled the Agonarch Rune terminal due to players exploiting unlimited Motes of Light, Moldering Shards, and Legendary Engrams. That's from bungie this quote
