Purple symbol in tower
Anyone else notice a purple triangle with a symbol and agent of the nine looking IX?? What does this mean, because I can tell it was put here recently

From what I can tell it disappears when Xur isn't here and reappears when he is. May just be a way to tell if he is in the reef or tower.
