Yea I know it's stupid I understand the nerf on the consumable but this is ridiculous I never exploited the consumable I knew about it but this isn't right punishing the players who never exploited it or didn't know about the exploit before they patched it

The "nerf" only applies if you are killing ultras in quick succession, that is farming. If you are using them as intended, at the end of story missions or strikes, there is no difference.

I know exactly wat the nerf but it seems like after they did nerf the consumable that I could run 15 strikes and only get 1 exotic in fact that has happen

You're not being punished. You hit a streak of low drop percentage. It's all perception and probability. You're just as likely to get 3 exotics from your next 15 coins.
