I feel that the Vision of Confluence had a pretty useless perk on it, full auto. There's better scout rifles to choose from now (Hung Jury from Dead Orbit anyone?), and it seems like there aren't many good shotguns for PvE now. That's why I'd go with the Found Verdict. Corrective Measure is a close second, but I really love the new raid machine gun!
