It's a four round magazine sniper with litc. That means any round has a chance to OHK in the crucible. I have a problem with this because of balance issues. We can't have a weapon that can one hit kill you from across the map, it's just not balanced. People hated it when hawkmoon randomly proced all of the litc bullets onto one, because than it could one shot someone. It's just not balanced.

Would need to disagree. I had thousands of hawkmoon kills. I only got the magic 223 once. I have a YouTube of it. I'm sure that one kill out of thousands did not upset the balance of the game, but it did add some excitement, which is a good thing. Final round was a known thing so people emptied their mag to get to the ohk. This is completely random. Too many people come here complaining about this and that. Nerf this and nerf that. In reality, everyone has access to the same guns and just needs to get good.

It'll be the fellwinters lie problem all over again. If some people are using a weapon that many would categorize as OP, the people killed by it would go out and get one, and then they would cause other people to go get it, and then sooner or later it'll just be a bunch of litc snipers running around in the crucible. It won't be fun, or fair. Bungie needs to stop introducing perks that make a weapon like a sniper, (which takes a headshot to OHK) I one hit body shot kill. It's a cheep way to get kills, and not very balanced, even though it's a chance.
