I KNOW HOW TO GET THE SLEEPER SIMULANT
Do you guys know where the small sailboat is in the cosmodrome in the abandon shore follow the steps on the collectors edition and get all 50 fragments and that should get it for you if anyone finds this helpful let me know. oh and use the translator for the cordinates part.

Just collect all 4 of the Fusion Relics across all 3 characters combined and the mission automatically is on Earth called "The First Firewall". From there complete the mission and solve the Curious Tranceiver code. Then do a Warsat public event on Earth, Mars, And the Moon and then do The Archive mission on Heroic on Venus and finally scrap a legendary heavy weapon. Activate the nodes and go to Earth for a single player timed mission. Turn it in to the Gunsmith, Wait 24 hours and do a special 42 S.A.B.E.R.2 strike and kaboom you know own the Simulant. This is all confirmed because I as well as Thousands other have it.
