[b]A New Arrival[/b]
[b]Thorosis[/b]
[i]The large V-TOL gunship, nicknamed "Inquisitor" by Ciri, lands in one of the many landing ports of Thorosis
She steps out, looking at the massive city that spans half of the world
Curious about the solar system that is Europa, she started exploring the surrounding worlds
The cargo bay door on the back closes as she holsters her sidearm, a hover bike sits next to her as she climbs on and it roars to life, and she makes her way down one of the many crowded streets of the city, not knowing where she is going, just driving around

Out of the corner of her eye, she sees a movement....
-
[i]She looks over at it, although she nearly slams into the vehicle in front of her, she slows down[/i]
-
The driver of the car in front of her raises his hand, a middle finger raised calmly. The source of the movement seems to have disappeared into a building.

[b]"The hell..."[/b] [i]She quickly larks the bike, as she heads after the figure[/i]

The door closes before you can get in. The figure was towering, that was obvious. He might have been armed.....the thought crosses your mind, he might be after the mayor of Thorisis, Iter Mantis.

[i]Not knowing what she was getting herself into, she picks the lock, and slowly opens the door as she sneaks into the building[/i]

The room is empty. There's an old rug in the middle of the room, a desk on the left wall, a bed on the right and a dresser right across from the door.

[b]"The hell..."[/b] [i]She looks around the room, trying to find a switch or something[/i]

She finds one....but it's alien, foreign. Like a handprint scanner or something, except not shaped for a human.

[i]She looks around, knowing she won't be able to use it[/i] [b]"Really? Come on..."[/b]

Gunshots are heard, muffled and faint through the tunnel the handprint pad lead to.

[i]She jumps, ducking quickly and looking over as she places a hand on her pistol Realizing he might be leaving next, she quickly hides in the wardrobe [/i]

You hear gunshots that sound not closer, but bigger. Beefier. They're just more powerful sounding. After it stops, you hear a women scream. "F*CK!!!!"

[b]"The hell..."[/b] [i]She whispers to herself, waiting for the door to open[/i]

The door shakes, seemingly to a rhythm. Almost like it was someone walking.....

[i]She waites, flexing her hand, and keeps it over the gun strapped to her thigh[/i] [spoiler]cmon Monty, lol[/spoiler]

The footsteps pick up and eventually a metal monster of a man opens the hatch in the ground, looking around.

[i]She nearly screams, but bites her tongue, as she studies the massive metal man Whatever the hell he is, its not natural...[/i]

He puts his hand to his ear, talking on what looks like a com link. "Hey babe. Yeah, I'm alright. It's.....interesting." He smiles as he talks to her.

[i]She remains silent, hoping he doesn't decide randomly to begins searching the room She listens to the conversation, well, half of it, and waits[/i]

"Yeah, we're almost to Iter Mantis. I don't know what we'll do when we get to him. I'm thinking we interrogate and torture him until he tells us where Phantom is." She notices the huge pistol on his hip. His left hand is dripping blood and.....bone?

[i]She nearly pukes, cringing at the mere thought of what he just dead Waiting still for him to do anything, she listens, waiting...[/i]

[spoiler]There's two ways I see this going: Python doesn't notice you and you sprint towards city hall Or Python finds you after you shift or something[/spoiler] "Love you too, babe." He takes his hand away from his ear, seeming to end the communication. The man looks at his hand and scowls. He wipes it on the rug.

[i]She looks away, cringing again She then makes the mistake of moving her hand away from the cracked door, and it opens up nice and wide for the man to see who she was[/i] [spoiler]I'll take the latter[/spoiler]

Before she even has time to react, his pistol in in her face with blood on the muzzle.
