Sleeper Stimulant=trashiest weapon ever
-Stupidly low impact compared to other heavies
-Absurdly hard quest for quality of weapon
-Trashy exotic perk
-In my opinion, not even worth exotic slot
-Really overhyped and not made super amazing by destiny
-Extremely low charge rate
I don't know what people are thinking taking into raid...
