ONCE YOU GET EVERYTHING AND TURN IN THE PART TO BANSHEE YOU HAVE TO WAIT 24 HOURS FOR THE QUEST!!!!!! 24!
Good lord people. I've seen someone answer that question like 4 times and everyone just keeps complaining that it's bugged cuz they're not getting the quest. Read the comments!

its the daily reset, i turned mine in 2 minutes before reset and got the quest 2 minutes later
