Sleeper Quest WAS NOT time locked "MY THEORY" Tired of it
It unlocked once people legitimately got the Cult and HIDDEN VOG ghost's once that happened the next day the sleeper quest would unlock. So everyone needs to get off that idea. Only one person had to do this.
"I will no longer respond to this I know the truth and how it happened so believe whatever you want, the cult ghost wasn't listed with the other Sleeper Simulant parts for no reason"
