Now first, let me start this off by saying I have played Sunbreaker for a while now and I think it's probably one of the best subclasses in the game, for PvE and PvP both. Now on to my position on this.
The Sunbreaker, while it may seem to be over-powered, is far from it. The reason? His super is the only thing he has. Besides his Super, none of the Sunbreaker's abilities are very good. A lot of the abilities/perks in the skill tree are based around his super, so yeah, it's gonna be a little powerful.

If Titans get to spec for their OP super, warlocks should get to spec for the OP firebolt grenades again.
Insert Nothing Manacle description
3 RepliesUnless they get blink and invis it is not op. Hunters can go off radar for 10 seconds or so, which is the most op perk in competitive gameplay. Both other classes have blink, which is the best grenade dodge perk there is. (Also has damage reduction while mid blink)

Simmering flames gives you ultra fast melee and made charges with amazing grenades and great melee abilities, tied with an amazing super
-
5 RepliesThe fact that it's good in both PvE and PvP makes it Op. 'nuff said.

1 ReplyHow many kills a match do you get with a good grenade? Now how many do you get PER SUPER? The logic you are using is flawed and ridiculous
-
The reason that people think sunbreaker is op is because of some of the perks you can get like heat seaking hammers that make there enemys explode, (with the best gauntlets in the game) , but when you think about the other sub classes the titans arnt that great compaired to hunters invisibility arc blade or the lightning sith warlock that makes 100 orbs for team mates. I think bungie has it equaled out with all charcters with a suport class and 2 damage classes based on what the elders of the titans, hunters, and warlocks did to earn there respect (Bungie actualy trys for people to keep up with the story). In a complete other topic I think they need a perk for warlocks that when they kill with there arc super it heals them (seeing thats why titans super seams unkillable and that you die so easily with it in crucible)

2 RepliesSo that melee that burns and recharges every time you get a kill... I guess that's part of the super too?
-
Um it's called gun skill and the super tops it off
-
1 ReplyHow are you even thinking your opinion is valid. You have 3 -blam!-ING THOUSAND MEDAL SCORE. PLAY THE DAMN GAME AT LEAST.
-
2 RepliesYup, fusion grenades totally suck.
-
3 RepliesYou can't say Sunbreaker isn't OP until you try all of the classes.
-
This coming from a Titan.

12 RepliesYou have great grenades and an amazing melee. What u smokin?

1 ReplyEdited by ObamaBinLaden: 10/10/2015 11:28:38 PMWell you have great grenades, a melee that damn near one shots, and a super that guarentees you 5 kills if you aren't terrible. What more do you want? Edit- 13 hours played, negative in the 2 games of crucible you have played, gtfo

Hate to break it to you bud but that's how all of our subclasses work.

26 RepliesEdited by iZnth: 10/10/2015 6:47:29 AMAh, this argument again. Have you ever heard of perk synergy? It has two of the best grenades in fusion and incendiary. It has, if you spec it correctly, a one hit kill melee as long as the enemy has less than 201 armour. Oh, that enemy will also leave a solar grenade on the ground as he dies, doing an additional 92 damage per second to whatever poor sod happens to walk into it. Moving on, the Sunbreaker has Titan skating, so the greatest mobility of any class. It also has the Hunter ability "Hungering Blade", only an improved version that procs on every solar kill. Finally, its regular melee debuff gives a bigger damage bonus than either Weapons of Light or Void Bow, two -blam!-ing SUPERS. And all that's without even getting into the Sunbreaker's own super which is, per definition, completely broken. TL;DR: If you think the Sunbreaker doesn't have good passives, you really need to learn how to set up your character.

9 RepliesEdited by LucidH5: 10/10/2015 11:10:34 PMIts funny how people who play as Titans whined hard about Blink and Bladedancer yet when people complain about other class they get upset. You started this BS. Who cares anymore honestly. Just buff GG damage by a bit and Bladedancer class, it sucks balls.
