Don't even bother with the blights. Just go straight to the top. Kill witches with sword or shotty. Done, with a minute or two to spare on a good run.

I suck and I did it first go with 1:07 left. I did drop one grenade on the thrall halfway up and shottied a red wizard that put her stank on me and wouldn't get out my grill. Didn't bother with anything else until the yellow wizards. Two 302 rockets on one, 3 raid shotgun shots and a melee on the other two and was dun.
