Please fix the bug where the extra fusion rifle ammo perk on selected armour, doesn't add any reserve ammo to the sleeper simulant weapon, thanks!

7 RepliesAh, yeah. I just got the sleeper and this would be [i]awesome[/i]. Maybe even imbalanced. I could do WAY more damage with this than a similarly stocked rocket launcher. I forget what damage I was doing with the rockets but I was definitely critting a taken champion from a daily event over 17,000 with a head shot.

Honestly I put sleeper on my titan with ruin wings and its like having a secondary fusion instead of a heavy fusion. Cuz yah know the purple box covered floor that gives 3-4 shots per pick up.

Agreed with OP, I've seen this request several times on bungie and reddit. I (and everyone else with the Sleeper Stimulant) would like to see the 'fusion ammo' perk on armor to include the sleeper. I know the ammo buff can be done by switching to a year 1 'heavy' armor or year 2 blue fusion rifle armor, then back to my yr 2 legendary... But it is just clunky to do, and seems unnecessary to have to take an extra inventory slot as an only solution for a work around. It is interesting that the yr 2 blue fusion rifle armor is worded differently as well. Not too sure what that means but it seems to be the difference between carrying 7 rounds vs 9 rounds on the sleeper. Would like to see this made consistent... And not in such a way where extra sleeper rounds are taken out entirely. :) Thanks!

12 RepliesBungie had to of changed this, because when I first got the sleeper it had 9 rounds on my hunter, because my hunter had the boots that granted + fusion rifle ammo... I work 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, when I came back home after work, it had been changed, and now it only holds 7 rounds... Bungie either did it on purpose, or on "accident", but they need to fix it...

Just confirmed that certain rare blue armour with the fusion rifle perk actually adds ammo, but legendary gear, including raid gear with the fusion rifle perk doesn't.... 100% a bug that needs fixing....

6 RepliesIsn't the Sleeper Simulant in your heavy weapon slot? Or is it Secondary? If it's in the heavy I would think you would need armor that give more heavy ammo. Though I don't know haven't gotten the gun yet.
