Its not- Im lost! I think I turned in 4 of those the first week of TTK and never saw any drop for my titan since. I just started my third character last weekend and they are dropping for me to turn in. But my titan should have it by now. Is there grimoire I can check or something like that so I know for sure if there's a problem getting my quest to start?
