How do you get the questline? Is it level 6 gunsmith or something else?

If you have all 4 of the random fusion rifle-type things, one from each planet minus the Dreadnaught, you can do a spatial mission on the 4th of each month that unlocks the quest line.

Oh okay. I think I have all 4 of those. Didn't know about the special mission. Sucks that I have to wait until next month...
