What proof do you have it was time locked? Reset happens on tuesday. This started on a wednesday. Maybe it had to do with how many rifles got turned in to gunsmith as a whole. Maybe it took 1m drops turned in to trigger the mission. Noone knows for sure. Just assumptions.
