Shoulder charge is pretty infuriating when someone runs around the map and only OHK's with should charge, and with that being said I still don't believe it should be nerfed- it may be a little OP, but it is very close quarters. BTW, I'm not implying that OP is demanding a shoulder charge nerf. I do believe though that a precision throwing knife hit should definitely be a OHK. They are very difficult to get, and are not as ranged as other ranged abilities. It's stupid not to reward that sort of skill with a OHK.
