They have a pretty high drop rate, if you played a good bit of the game you should most definitely have them already... If you want to be sure go play a few strikes

I would like to know this as well because I can't remember how many I have but pretty sure it's not four. Anywhere on destiny tracker that would tell you?

I've been asking the same question. Everyone says if you play a lot and haven't found one in a while you've probably already got it, but I'd like to think I'd remember getting the 4th one.
