I don't understand the pre quest step 2. Do we look for defend warsat events and dismantle a weapon in it or what?

That's what I'm clueless about. All I (maybe) know about it is that Warsats and dismantled heavy weapons charge it up. As for where it drops, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
