No, because not everyone can be on at the same time. But we do have NIGHTfall. However, I don't see that being it either. Twilight is the darkest park of the night, midnight. Twilight gap is a crucible mission and shaxx gives Nightfall tier(lol) rewards for his bounties.
There are a lot of things in the game that this mystery points to.

Oh right... Its been a long night at work so far and I'm not even halfway through lol. Seems like I've heard an old quote along the lines of the last bit of hope before the darkness. Kind of the same principle as the calm before the storm.
