Hmm...I don't what I want to get first...
When I get my first 150 Legendary Marks, do I use them to get a Y2 SUROS Regime first, or a do I use them to get a Y2 Helm of Innermost Light first?
The Helm might help my light level more, but a Y2 SUROS Regime ripping people apart would be awesome. Then again, its easier to get weapons it seems than it is to get armor, so getting the Helmet might be the better pick still.

Neither, Apparently the crucible vendor scout rifle is very similar to the jade rabbit. DPJ put up a video reviewing it so if you want the xbox jade rabbit I highly recommend you get it lol

The weapon you want could be much more helpful. I got year 2 red death asap. Served well in year 1, still serves me very well in year 2.

Armor depends on if you really need it or has perks that compliment your play style. Otherwise pick a weapon you like suros. Me I used my first 150 to grab my trusty invective.

Helm of Inmost Light has nothing on the Regime. You can Superman bomb a crowd of innocent power-walkers later.
